Briefed existing Non SAP Customer Service System ie SFDC and accordingly submitted BBP

Discussed complete process with AMS Vendor and planned required solution architecture to be implement to intergrate SFDC system with SAP S4 HANA

Identifyed objects to be moved through SAP CPI with API protocol

Project :

SAP Concur Invoice Management to S4 HANA Intigration

Role: Business process Co ordination

Responsibilities :

Managing and coordinating with Concur team and Bussiness Process Owners for Solition Design Document.

Providing inputs to Concur team to generate high level global To be process.

Also managing and providing bussiness process input to another third party ie staple to design user interface (UI) to view and process the extraction of data from documents to review,check,or correct the extracted data from document before sending them to SAP concur system for vendor invoice management.

Setting up SFTP setup between Concure SFTP to S4 HANA SFTP which involved generation of SFTP keys using PuTTY key generator to test SFTP connection test using key generator.

Co ordinate with SAP Concur team to check file transfers from Concur to S4 Hana and S4 HANA to concur using PGP encrypted public key.

Analyse and understand the business processes and requirements using ASAP Methodology

Arranging Workshops with End user to get business requirements and accordingly preparing BBP (AS-IS) and sharing to SAP Implementation Partner and HOD

As a core team member Designed Role of End Users based on working profile, Material Code Matrix as per our business flow

Discussed specific functionalities and processes, including master data, organizational structures, business rules, and integration with other modules with SAP Implementation Partner and HOD to which helps Consultatnt to prepare TO-BE document before realization phase

1. Creation of master data such as Vendor (approx.30/month), Customer (approx.10/month), Material (approx.300/month), General Ledger a/c (GL),Excise master data of Material, Vendor and Customer, ARE-1(bond) License master data, QC master data, creation of BOM, Recipe , Resources w.r.t Finished Goods

Managing and Preparing Development plant with Different department Business Heads and its team member and presenting the same to CFO or IT Head for Approval

1. Due to regulatory change company implemented GST in existing ECC

2. E-Invoicing and E-waybill process developed

3. Inward and Outward functionality developed at Plant level to minimize human enterference and ssmooth business process

4. Digital Signature with auto inoice email facility implemented

Roll Out Project (2023)

Role: SAP Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities

Preraparing Roll Out Project Plan after discussion with Company Management which include purpose of introducing New Plant in same Company Code in SAP ECC, New Plant Behaviour or process followed wrt existing plants in same Company Code in SAP ECC.

Co-ordinating with each process owners to understand the business processes and compare with existing plants process

Arranging meetings with SAP Roll Out Partner and brief the requirement and related commerials accordingly

Also sharing and dicussed with internal IT infra team regarding the Technical Point of view which help us to proceed in order to technical capacity during Roll out project

Conversion Project (2023)

Prepared Scop of Conversion or Migration of SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S4 HANA 2022 internally
