  • The project's high-level scope was to process the data on a daily basis in a cloud environment using AWS services like S3, Glue, Lambda, and Athena.
  • Receiving the data on a daily basis in the S3 bucket and processing it on the go.
  • I build the Glue crawler to crawl over the raw bucket and create Glue tables whenever we receive the data, creating the Glue ETL to transform the data and store it back to the transformed Glue tables.
  • Part of the Team where we designed Data Migration Utility, which is an ETL Tool, to migrate data from different databases and store it in a raw S3 bucket.
  • Created a Glue crawler to crawl over the raw S3 bucket and create Glue tables. Built Glue ETL pipelines to process the data by removing null values, renaming columns, and deriving new columns from the raw data. Stored the transformed data in the Glue catalog tables. Then, created another Glue crawler to crawl over the transformed tables and store the transformed data in the cleansed S3 bucket.
  • Used Athena to run ad hoc query over the transformed Glue Tables.
