• Developed a time cycle analysis for the major Pylon activities and also Pier activities, Identifying delays, reason for delays and Taking corrective actions.
• Reporting and Documents such as DPR, MPR, quarterly programs, Cost analysis, schedule tracking and presentation of budget to the client and senior management.
• Involved in DOKA shutter Modifications and Jumping operation.
• Procurement of materials.

Construction of Four Lane Bridge across Dharamtar Creek with Approaches connecting Revas to Karanja on Revas-Redi Coastal Highway (MSH-04)

• Involved with Preparations of Budget, Scheduling, preparation of MRQs (Material Requisition Forms), Preparation of Detailed Method Statement, Risk analysis and management.
• Progress Monitoring of Major Marine Works such as Geotechnical Investigations, Liner fabrications and Liner Driving, Pile Boring and Concreting.
• Preparation of BOQ for the procurements of DOKA shuttering Material.
• Writing Letter Correspondence as per Contractual terms, Document Controlling, Coordinating with site and design team related to drawings and designs
