• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for material quantity evaluation based on consumption, and awarding purchase orders to the vendors.
• Created contracts using SAP for different load bodies, such as CVs and Tippers. Familiar with the P2P process.
• Responsible for purchase requisition, RFQ, purchase order entry, invoice entry, vendor master record, material master record, etc.
• During this period, purchase orders were placed against invoices received from the principals, developed suppliers, and managed them efficiently.
• Also, I provided monthly and daily production plans as per the dispatch schedule.
• For supplier management, I dealt with contract term agreements and conditions.
• To ensure the right supplier for the required quality, quantity, price, and timings, I compared multiple suppliers and evaluated them based on the above parameters.

• Client: Kohinoor Group.
• Responsibilities:
• Maintaining the daily status of production is done with the help of a status sheet. Initiated daily monitoring requirements of raw materials, as well as consumables, on manufacturing lines.
• Goods receipt entry, invoice entry, PP process, and plotting graphs for production data on a weekly basis.
• Worked on Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Cost savings achieved: 5%.
