(In 2007 Pelco was acquired by Schneider Electric & in year 2019 Pelco was separated from Schneider Electric. It was then acquired by Transom Capital Group(Private equity firm) for one year. In year 2020 it is acquired by Motorola Solutions.)

1. Technical Support (over phone/mail/personal visits) to Asia Pacific region.

2. Projects and Services, Design & Estimation teams, for Pelco analog & IP CCTV products and third-party integration as well.

3. Remote support for critical projects.

4. Commissioning help to customers remotely or onsite.

5. Handling escalation of cases to Engineering/Product management & OEM.

6. Demonstrations of products/POC.

7. Product repair & Replacement issues.

8. Training to team members.

9. Coordination with Sales & Engineering team.

2. Online (mail/phone) Technical Support to field engineers about any issues in installation, commissioning or configuration/troubleshooting of all security automation product range in CCTV/ACCESS CONTROL/FAS/INTRUDER/VIDEO DOOR PHONE,ETC.

3. Designing of Security systems& support to sales team for making the BOQ.

4. Looking after the repair & replacement issues. Also testing of all defective material.

5. Demonstration of all security systems to customers and imparting training to customers.

1.Designing of all the SLP systems at all the retail outlets. Coordination with vendors & staff for project completion.

2. Looking after all software and hardware problems of the systems.

3.Maintain all installed material on site.

4.Sharing technical manuals, datasheets and engineering tools to engineers & vendors.

1. Attending on site calls and doing Preventive Maintenance for Sites across pan india.

4. Managed and addressed software and hardware problems of the system. 5. Presenting CCTV demonstration & presentation to the customers.
