• Triaging any prod issues and managing it till closure involving all related teams, if needed.
• Complete ownership of Incident Management Process and review of Incidents.
• Doing Problem Ticket analysis and executing the right Post Mortem with L3/AD teams.
• Responsibility of Communicating the Stake holders and business in case of any issues/potential issues/delays.
• Validation of the Data available to users and fixing any issue during the process.
• Responsibility of managing the DR tests. Have executed 1-day and 5-day DR tests.
• Receive data from multiple Upstream systems, applying business logics and application of different calculators, for data enrichment and delivery to relevant downstream systems.
• Ensuring critical data delivery SLAs are met and data is available to run reports.
• Running reports for Business depending on their data requirement.
