· Planning, execution and reporting on NextGen datacentre deployment of PowerFlex systems.

· Design and implementation of Virtualization, Compute, Storage on Converged, and Hyper-Converged Solutions.

· Day to Day operation related to PowerFlex storage.

· In Current role to support 16 Instance of vCenter across 4 datacentres.3500 + physical hosts (ESXi, Storage, HCI nodes) Managed through PxFM.

· Work with Dell Project managers for new deployment of PowerFlex, Expansion of existing instance from scratch.

· Agile Team member.

· Hands on experience on Designing, Deploying, Upgrading, and managing Powerflex.

· Hands on experience on converting the OS from RHEL/SUSE to CentOS.

· RCM upgradation through PxFM for all components which includes Network switches.

· Deployment & expansion of existing Powerflex systems through Powerflex Manager.

· Day to Day operation for all infrastructure changes related to hardware, network.

· Perform recovery of virtual machines through RP4VM.

· Upgrade of all components of Product suite like. ESXi, firmware, hardware.

· Provisioning and decommission of volumes through PxFM.

· Managing PowerFlex storage End to end.

· Work with application / OS owners in case of critical issue.

• To lead a team of 8 tech engineers.
• Providing 24/7 support for in-house and client-side training, workshops conducted by Seed Infotech all over India.
• Chat support, as well as remote support for trainings conducted by Seed Infotech all over India, aims to help and resolve day-to-day issues of the end users.
• Evaluate and negotiate the purchase of new hardware, related software, and control effectively.
• Vendor Management: Vendor selection, evaluation, etc. Vendor relations ensure selected vendors are providing optimal service and cost.
• Work closely with internal customers to understand their needs, and to translate these into technology solutions.
• Prepared and maintained documentation of technologies, standards, and procedures.
• To monitor and troubleshoot VMware ESXi 4.1 infrastructure.
• Moving VMs from one LUN to another LUN using Storage vMotion.Adding up resources (CPU, memory, disk, NIC cards, disk).
• Managing data backup, protection, and recovery solutions for the Microsoft environment using System Center Data Protection Manager 2010.
