3. Review / Preparation of BOQ specification along with Quantity servery required to process Tender.
4. Technical and Negotiation meeting for sharing value engineering inputs.
5. Kick-off & Progress review meeting with Vendors to ensure execution is inline with MCP.
6. Billing & processing the amendments.
7. Co-ordination with inter department for customer modification & satisfaction
8. Handover and Facility maintenance.
