• Maintain good relationship with dealers & collect market intelligence.

· Supervision, Training and Motivating the Sales person for achievement of target.
Sales & Promotion Activities-Conducting various product promotional activity to increase the sales, Plan, devise and implement successful promotional schemes to develop the market. Daily monitory the dealer & customer requirement, Conducting the activities like Dealers meeting and Haat Activities.
· Driving Customer Market Share by driving prepaid activations to increase Share of Gross Adds through retailers.
