SACHIN PATIL

Received the B.E. degree in computer science and engineering and M. Tech. in computer science and technology from the Shivaji University, Kolhapur in 2003 and 2011 respectively. Has been awarded with a Ph.D. degree in computer science and engineering (Specialization: Machine Learning and Big Data) under A.I.C.T.E. Q.I.P. scheme at Walchand College of Engineering (Govt. aided and an Autonomous Institute) affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur, MH India.

Working as a Co-founder and Director of Sunan Technology LLP which caters various IT services. Works for client-interfacing, HR services and Internship.

Since 2003, working as an Associate Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering Department, Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Rajaramnagar, MH – India. Have also worked as head of Computer Science and Engineering department at Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Rajaramnagar, MH – India and currently working as Head CSE (AI-ML) dept. Authored two book chapters viz. Springer-Verlag and Taylor and Francis. Has more than 15 research papers in renowned conferences and journals. Research interests include Machine Learning and Big Data analytics. Has received a “Distinguished Facilitator” award at Inspire faculty contest organized by Infosys, Pune. Additionally, the research presentations have been awarded twice with “Best Paper Award” at Research Symposium conducted under ACM chapter at WCE, Sangli. Invited for a Plenary Speech by WSEAS organized conference at Cambridge, UK and as Session Chair in IEEE Executed Conference at San Francisco, US. Currently. Moreover, working as a Expert Director of Board of Management for IT services in Rajarambapu Co-operative Bank, Ltd. Peth (Scheduled Bank).

• Have given a Plenary talk at World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society (WSEAS) 18th International Conference on ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, KNOWLEDGE ENGINEERING and DATA BASES (AIKED '18) at Murray Edwards College, University of Cambridge, UK (16th – 18th Feb 2018)
