• BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) Project: Serving as CAD Lead for HVAC, focusing on under-bonnet thermal schematic design and development, with a focus on different cooling and heating modes for the cabin and battery chiller.

• JLR - Development of modular compact units for risky refrigerants, such as R290 and R744. Checking the feasibility for packaging that in the current carline, having the least modifications, and validating them using a test vehicle.
• JLR-Rear Chiller & Heater Assembly System Integration Development - Involves a feasibility check on whether carry-over parts could be used, pressure drop reduction, and meeting required clearances while examining compatibility.
• JLR-UBOM Integration for New Carline: Analyzing the requirements and design specifications of New Carline, and carrying over suitable design solutions from previous applicable Carline into New Carline.

• Design and Development of Engine-Mounted Department for EGR and Advanced Engineering.
• Packaging for Caterpillar, Cummins, and Tata EGR Coolers for RFQ (Concept Design), Prototype, and Serial.
• Coordinated and resolved design-related issues with customers and suppliers during the development phase. Proposed designs to satisfy cost and manufacturability requirements.

• Product design and development of the MV Augusta bike project.
• Responsible for generating 3D models and manufacturing drawings for engine and chassis components.
• Reverse engineering for in-house vehicles.
• Responsible for the design of the product development timeline, detailing product and child part CAD models, and deciding the dimensional and geometrical tolerances based on product functionality.

On-site Experience at Cummins India Ltd., Kothrud, Pune:

• Lead the modeling, drafting, and assembly of NT-855 and QSX-15 radiators using reverse engineering techniques for Cummins India Ltd., Pune.
• Spearheaded the design, drafting, and assembly of machine parts and components for power gensets tailored to customer specifications.

• Engaged in designing and manufacturing components required in the sugar industry.
• CAD design and development of components through continuous interaction.
