• Planning & Procurement of spare parts for the process equipment's.
• Installation & Qualification of New Equipment's.
• Validation & Re-Qualification of existing equipment's
• Initiation & Closure of change control, deviations and CAPA, FMEA as and when required.
• Preparation of SOP and qualification documents for process equipment's, Maintain them on PLM system.
• To maintain the records of all the activities related to engineering in the prescribed formats and make them ready for internal and external audits.
• Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown Maintenance of manufacturing equipments.
• Effectively communicate across various levels of work force within and outside the company i.e. 3rd party contractor, working level teams and asset leadership
• Responsible for QA/QC and oversight of work being delivered by 3rd party contractor
• Review the effectiveness of preventive maintenance periodically through equipment log register & equipment checklist.

• Operation & Maintenance Equipment like Fluid bed coater/Dryer Blender, Rapid mixer granulator, Compression Machine, Tablet coating machine, capsule machine, Blister & Strip Packing Machines, liquid filling line machine.
• Handling of the process equipment breakdown.
• Handling of GMP documents like: SOP, qualification protocol, deviation, change control, and audit response.
• Responsible for the Planning and Procurement of spare parts.
• Maintain History card related to equipment's.
• Plan for AMC of machines.
• Preparation of MIS report
• Maintenance of stock inventory control.
• Utilization of manpower, planning of shift schedule and activity.
• Training of workmen.
• Maintenance & Operation of Purified water system & related documents.
• Operation & Maintenance Production Utility related equipment's- Boiler, Hot Water Generator, Air compressor, Vacuum pumps, DG set, HVAC.

· Plan & Execute New Projects for business expansion
