Presently working with Samsung India. Samsung is a big OEM has network of sales offices all over the country. The Samsung manufacturing complex housing manufacturing facilities for Color Televisions, Mobile phones, Refrigerators and Washing Machines is located at Noida, near Delhi. Samsung 'Made in India' products like Color Televisions, Mobile phones and Refrigerators are being exported to Middle East, CIS and SAARC countries

● To look after all Mechanical part development & localization for Mobile phone.

● Established procedures for corrective and preventive maintenance.

● Vendor Capacity analysis, evaluation and rating accordingly

● Part Costing analysis, negotiation, capacity enhancement, supporting Production target

● To implement all ECN and modification on time to support supply

● Supplier Process validation and optimization, capacity analysis, evaluation and rating.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Change in design for defect of Mic hole in Mobile phone models & parallel implementation in three models without changing part design
  • Validation of Injection machine for all vendors to check for machine specs Vs actual, and grading of machines
  • One green belt project completed successfully to reduce the mechanical defect in Mobile phone model.
  • Two weeks training for mold manufacturing and Injection process in Gumi, South Korea.
  • Worked closely with vendors and internal sourcing to establish relationships, fostering new opportunities, solutions and cost savings
