Graduate Apprentice and Technical Associate Trainee

Assistant SCM

- To maintain stock of the material for dispatch.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of the ordered material to avoid any problems during dispatch.
- To generate service PO and do service entry in SAP.
- Coordinate with sales department to plan dispatch as per requirement.
- Communicate and to inform the client before dispatch.
- Arrange vehicle by communicating with the transporter and negotiate the rate for transportation from transporter.
- Follow up with the transporter till the vehicle reaches the source and destination point as per given time.
- To generate packing list for the dispatch material.
- Customer master update for dispatch.
- To generate STO and Sales Order for dispatch.
- To generate inward, outward and import E Waybill.
- Supervising from packaging to dispatch of the material to avoid mismatch in the quantity of dispatch.
- To keep proper record and inward the return material from site
