Area: Kitting Inspection, Manufacturing line operations, Final product audit, Customer Centric Inspection

• Customer concern resolution
• Overseeing inspection stages, including incoming, in process, and pre-dispatch inspections.
• Monitoring calibration activities for gauges and instruments.
• Managing SAP movements for quality processes.
• Preparing and uploading deviation reports on X-Net.
• Handling non-conformance management, including NC raising in SAP, NC part management, SCAR, and write-off processing.

• Experience with various Root cause analysis techniques through SPS.

• Responsible for Recovery department for ensuring Product Quality
• Articles Investigation and Register deviation for damaged / short or excess articles
• Report suppliers, Internal and Hidden damages
• Perform Rack Audits, Inventory Monitoring
• Responsible for Inbound, Put Away, Orders Picking, Checking, invoicing, MRP checking, Packing, and Handover to transport provider
• Responsible for warehouse logistics operations and performance.

• Area: Tester & CARE line, Workplace safety, Product, and process audits, PDI management
• Responsible for Tester Line (Beat/Spark/SAIL), Handling Quality operations like DVT, Wheel Alignment, Shower Tester, CARE (Product Quality Inspection), Squeak & rattle
• Responsible for implementation of standardized work on vehicle inspection line.
• Responsible for workplace safety co coordinator for Quality Group.
• Responsible as for PFMEA review along with ME team.
• Responsible for calibration of tester line tools and equipment’s.
• Root Cause Analysis & Follow up with different agencies for issue resolution.
• Responsible for implement Kaizen and suggestions done for quality and cost improvement.
• Preparing of SOS, JES, STS, TIS documentation.
• Prepare a Training plan for the team & provide training.
• Achieve Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment Targets.
• Responsible for Timely Production of cars with Quality.
• Line set up ensuring appropriate Manpower, tools, and equipment readiness.
• Analysis of field complaints, Process failures, and implementation of countermeasure.
• Handling of PDI activity, reviewing PDI major quality issues, and providing feedback to the internal supplier for corrective actions.
• Perform Kemkraft test to validate no vehicle pulling
