· Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and expansion of programs in a District.

· Identify and assist needs, gaps and resource assessment related to nutrition.

· Support National Health Mission (NHM) team in implementation of Community Based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) program at district level.

· Support in proposal writing to Zonal Program Manager.

· Cost estimating and developing the Budget.

· Assist in developing technical skills of field staff involved in the project through training and on the job support.

· Liaisoning with District officials for Program activities.

· Monthly Meetings with District Collector, CMHO, DD ICDS, RCHO, DPM.

· Make sure that program protocol & guideline are respected.

· Participate in other activities (SMART survey, Base line survey, CMAM)

· Supervise report by daily & monthly basis.

· Prepare case study & documents.

· Identify the problems and take action on that with FO.

· Conduct regular support for cm.

· Participation in Sector meetings (ICDS & NHM)

· Review of monthly, quarterly report and planning project activity.

· Maintenance of qualitative data in the form of case study

· Review of sector information from all AWC, govt. orders and guidelines for capacity development.

· Coordination of field visit of the project location.

· Preparation of meeting agenda bi, monthly project review.
