4.Handle lot of setup issues/UE calibration RF issues.

> Responsible for Automation as well as manual testing.

• Identified causes of call drops, blocked calls, handover failures, and poor quality to enhance network reliability.
• Improved network performance through hardware modifications, antenna adjustments, and tilt refinements.
• Analyzed RF drive test data to evaluate network performance, provisioned subscribers, and developed action plans to resolve customer issues.
• Data analysis after drive test, primary optimization for verifying existing coverage site, troubleshooting issues like call drop and handover cellular.
