- Conducted health checks on over 5000 physical servers, including hardware from Lenovo (SD530, SR650,SR630)
- Having experience in performing OS Kernel Patching, firmware updates such as XCC, BIOS, and LXPM, as well as updating windows and Linux drivers.
- Have experience raising hardware cases with Lenovo and Oracle SR and following up with them to ensure resolution
- Collected diagnostics logs from Lenovo servers and Oracle console using the "show faulty" command to identify hardware errors
- In servers, I am able to run Python scripts for pre-checks, patch updates, and firmware updates
