As head of AI and Analytics practice at CitiusTech Healthcare, I have the responsibility of scaling up the practice to $100M revenue in 3 years.

Key responsibilities include

• Building of domain led IP solutions across Patient Support Services, Medical Imaging workbench and Payer Data Analytics.
• Building of GenAI assisted engineering productivity copilots for code migration and application build.
• Delivery of AI and GenAI solutions across CitiusTech customers. Some of the key programs included Rapid analysis creation engine for bio statisticians, Real world Image data work bench for researchers and data scientist, Radiologist Assist for patient report summarization etc.

As practice head of AI solutions, I grew the practice from 200 FTE to 1100+ FTE organization with 70% CAGR over 3 years. We had delivered transformation programs which have accrued $200M+ benefits to our customers.

Key programs delivered included:

• AI assisted automation for FDA GMP quality review process, which automated 25% of the checks during review thus improved review cycle time by 15%.
• GenAI powered agent assists for voice enable conversation for a large US payer, thus improving agent productivity by 20% and reducing call hold time by 30%.
• AI assisted quality process automation for a consumer company, which improved transportation efficiency by 40% and production throughput by 15%.

Most of the programs were delivered on various clouds (Azure, AWS etc.).

As Engineering head for intelligent enterprise, I was responsible for domain led AI solution engineering, market offerings and solution delivery.

Some of the engineered solutions included:

• Mortgage Document Processing work bench (Deep Learning solution)
• Visual inspection for quality processes (computer vision solution)
• AI assisted procure to pay transformation and order management process.

Key transformation programs delivered included, AI assisted HR Benefit Processing, for World’s 2nd largest HR outsourcer, which resulted in reduction in on boarding time from days to hours, $70M savings over 3 years in benefit processing.

As product manager for Applied AI use cases, I led Wipro’s first AI solution “e-KYC for institutional customers”. I was responsible for product roadmap, IP pricing, licensing agreement, deployment and product evangelization.

As EPM practice head, delivered more than 30% growth in a year, focused solution led growth resulted in expansion in emerging geographies like Vietnam, Columbia South Africa while growing big in US, UK and Europe.

As practice delivery head, I led a delivery portfolio of $50M. My key responsibilities included, setting up an offshore delivery model for regulatory reporting for a Swiss bank. This model was later replicated for other EPM customers in the UK and APAC banks.

Delivered data & analytics projects for BFSI customers in the US and Europe. Key programs were development of pricing engine and reconciliation for Irish general insurer, and accounting transaction gateway for Swiss brokerage company.

Delivered Finance and Actuarial data transformation program for UK based Insurer. Benefits achieved were a reduction in finance close reporting cycle from 45 to 20 days, release of GBP 20M audit locked capital and simplification of fund structures which resulted in GBP 1 billion payout to policy holders.
