· Responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of F&B services
· Responsible for the entire operations in the unit.
· Handling all the department operations like F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, administration & security.
· Ensure availability of Food options like, ready to eat, retail / MRP, beverages and menu offerings in sufficient quantities as per timings and guidelines of business requirement.
· Responsible for PO issued, vendor invoice validation & submission to finance department.

· Achieve profitable business& revenue target and provide suggestion on sales growth.
· Take care of daily inventory and nonperishable stock count in a proper manner.
· Check the checklist and PRP, MRD, SOP and FIFO Following.
· Ensure food quality 100% with Guest Satisfaction.
· Handling Guest complaints.
· Preparing daily & monthly management reports like Revenue generation , Cogs, MIS and P&L reports.
· Tracking monthly equipment checklist and followup staff on safety and security procedures.
· Conducting the Fire and Safety class twice in a month with the help of Fire marshal.
· Head the feedback reviews and discuss in F&B committee meetings.
· Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
· Attend to guest upon entrance
· Present restaurant menus and help guest select food/beverages.
· Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products.
· Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
· Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
· Issue bills and accepts payments.
