  • It owns several chains of stores - Netto, Føtex, Bilka and Salling
  • All these chains operate exclusively in Denmark except Netto, which has expanded into Germany, Poland, Sweden and has made two unsuccessful attempts at operating in the United Kingdom
  • I worked with Salling Group in the role of SAP SD e-Commerce Solution Architect
  • My primary responsibility was to work on Business Demands and Service Requests to implement solutions for process improvements and changes by understanding and analysing AS-IS, and then designing and developing TO-BE
  • Get the design approved from enterprise architects and other business stake holders
  • Unit testing, bug fixing, and super user training was also part of my responsibility in the project

  • The company was named in a coin toss to determine which parent company name would be first and which would be last
  • Chevron Phillips is headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, a northern suburb of Houston, and is a major producer of ethylene, propylene, polyethylene, Alpha-olefins, Polyalphaolefins, aromatic compounds and a range of specialty chemicals
  • Chevron was looking for a managed service and IBM got the contract
  • We (3 membered team – 2 offshore and 1 Onsite resource) got the AMS handover directly from Client team members in Chevron Office in Woodlands, Houston USA
  • I also got to manage a very good relationship build up with one of the most influential Client Stake holder and could able to manage a short term project while getting handover, where ECC backend system was integrating with a third party supply chain digital solution provider company
  • I played a role of an architect to design and build the solution with Client Team and ELEMICA consultants
  • The project gone live successfully
  • Later part of time I worked as team lead with 3 membered team and ran AMS support from offshore.
