My primary responsibility was to work on Business Demands and Service Requests to implement solutions for process improvements and changes by understanding and analysing AS-IS, and then designing and developing TO-BE
Get the design approved from enterprise architects and other business stake holders
Unit testing, bug fixing, and super user training was also part of my responsibility in the project

Chevron was looking for a managed service and IBM got the contract
We (3 membered team – 2 offshore and 1 Onsite resource) got the AMS handover directly from Client team members in Chevron Office in Woodlands, Houston USA
I also got to manage a very good relationship build up with one of the most influential Client Stake holder and could able to manage a short term project while getting handover, where ECC backend system was integrating with a third party supply chain digital solution provider company
I played a role of an architect to design and build the solution with Client Team and ELEMICA consultants
The project gone live successfully
Later part of time I worked as team lead with 3 membered team and ran AMS support from offshore.
