Roles & Responsibilities

• Facilitating the agile scrum team and ensure team to follow all agile principles
• Managing the product backlog so that it is clear to agile team
• Creating or onboarding new members and provides a clear vision of the product
• Conducting Scrum ceremonies like Daily standups, Sprint planning and Retrospective , ensure all best practices of Agile is being followed
• Organizing the knowledge transfer within the team
• Working closely with scrum team to clear the impediments on daily basis

• Review all team members story with required output
• Implemented Agile best practices to enhance business deliverables
• Mentor and guide all the 3 squads to meet the expectations

DOTCOM/INET is the online shipping application which supports all types of shipments, rating, tracking systems & CRSV for validating API calls. MAGIC is the replacement of all legacy applications along with system ETE team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing the agile team, Metrics analysis, planning project related Activities, created test plan and estimation
• Involved in Agile transformation from Waterfall to Safe Agile
• Determining status, assessing problem areas, suggesting and reviewing corrective actions
• Create/Assist/Troubleshoot the development of Test Automation Framework, Standards, Procedures, Processes and Best practices as related to Test Automation
• Experience in all Testing concepts and Automation frameworks
• Trained junior team members of quality standards and testing procedures.
• Coordinated all stages of testing activities along with project management and developers.
• Worked with Agile and Scrum methodologies to accomplish project milestones and meet demanding timelines.
