• Prepare piping system operation and maintenance manuals.
• Monitor piping fabrication and installation.
• Develop and review piping isometrics, design piping systems and components.
• Perform field inspections and testing, coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
• Involved in General Arrangement Drawing, Piping and Instrument Diagram, Isometrics Drawing, Fabrication Drawing and structural/support Drawing.
• Ensuring and delivering the quality service within the set time and budgeted costs as per standard and specification of the customer.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Excellent relationship management, communication skills with the ability to network with the project members, consultants, contractors and customers with consummate ease.
• Site Planning, site assistance, monitoring, Quality Control and Material Procurement.
• Coordinating Area wise Planner, Site Engineers on daily basis.
• Planning for future fronts for execution.
• Would prepare layout drawings on AutoCAD according to site and give for fabrication.
• Responsible for layout design for pipe sizes below 2.5".
• Studying and checking of P&IDs and Isometrics of drawings and fabricating accordingly.
• Coordinated commissioning activities, safe work permits, inter area systems and energy isolation.
• Ensuring safe rigging practices by providing safe working environment, educating workmen by conducting safety toolbox meetings and training programs as per the HSE schedule.
• Control the complete operations of yard fabrication activities & office activities.
• Working permits like hot work, confined space and height work permits preparation for activities.
• Proficient in planning, scheduling, execution, and quality control of piping and structure activities.

• Very well to understand the computer knowledge of Excel, SAP, MS Word, documentation and mail communication.
• Involved to work with all common labours and easy to explain technical aspects.
• Good to understand the isometric drawing, pipe support drawing, MR (material requisition), material movement, and material handling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team working, leadership & managerial skills.
