• Highlight Technical Challenges & Feasibility For Performance Improvement Of IT Infrastructure Components & Integration Of IT Infrastructure Components.
• Collaborate & Suggest Technical Feasibility For Configuring / Managing Tailored Disaster Recovery IT Infrastructure To Maintain Uptime For Client Workloads & Internal Workloads.
• Coordinate & Work With Required Teams To Perform Root Cause Analysis To Provide Resolution For Production Issues & Outage Faced By Clients In Their IT Infrastructure.
• Work With Higher Management,Relevant Stakeholders & Executive Teams To Understand, Implement & Integrate System-Oriented Projects That Fulfill Business Requirements and Organization Goals.
• Perform R&D For Hardware & Software System Products To Understand It's Features & Functionalities. Also Provide Suggestion To Higher Management Team If The Tested Product Would Fulfill Our Technical Requirement Or Not.
• Take Part In Disaster Recover Drill & Actual DR Call To Verify System Integrity & Uptime As Per Client's Need.
• Coordinate & Gather Reviews From Clients After Performing Platform Upgrade For Existing IT Infrastructure.
• Prepare Implementation Document, Configuration & Administration Documents, Plan Of Action & Compatibility Matrix For IT Infrastructure Deployment & Management(Upgrade).
