1. Food and Beverage Service:
• Kokum Restaurant: KOT Handling, VIP Lounge, IRD, Buffet Set-ups, Theme Setups & Interaction with the guests.
2. Front Office:
• Back Office, Newspaper delivery. Welcomed guests and escorted guests. Sorting invoices and registration cards & Receiving calls.
3. Kitchen:
• Setting up buffets. Headed the Set-up & Handled various Live Counters- Egg, Paratha & Waffle live counters for the morning breakfast buffet.
4. Housekeeping:
• Room Cleaning & Managing Housekeeping Desk
5. Human Resource:
• Shortlisted CVs, created a list of eligible candidates according to the job requirement and arranged for an interview as instructed by seniors.
