  • Led Cubic's office and local company set-ups to cover Dubai and the GCC region.
  • Helped to deliver Dubai’s first fully compliant eCall solution for the Volkswagen brands as well as B2B/B2C services for the GCC region.
  • Managed key relationships with local telecom’s regulators such as the TDRA.
  • Delivered the GCC's first fully compliant and localized eCall solution in the UAE which is integrated with all national emergency services. This emergency call solution empowers Audi, VW and Porsche cars with the highest level of safety whilst saving lives.
  • Managed and implemented projects in Saudi, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar for bespoke and compliant connectivity solutions.
  • Managed relationships with our Customers and led product development for the GCC region.
  • Led and delivered a key core HSS upgrade to scale our network up from 2.5 million to 5 million connected cars, resulting in 120% revenue increase.

  • Technically led sponsored roaming integrations resulting in 33 new markets for VW’s connected cars.

  • Procured and integrated virtualized systems into the Dublin and Frankfurt data centers. Virtualisation of servers reduced our OPEX by 230%.
  • Deployed Cubic’s provisioning and number management systems onto the AWS cloud.
  • Developed an inhouse virtualized DNS solution and integrated it with our partners. I was able to reduce the yearly OPEX by 25,000 euro.
  • Fully managed an upgrade of the billing system enabling us to onboard 2 million additional users.
  • Developed network monitoring nodes within the Core Network assisting Cubic to obtain a 99.1% network uptime.
  • Technically led and integrated roaming with operators worldwide, expanding the network footprint from 5 to 162 resulting in the largest footprint known in Europe.
