Project - P110 Light Tank.

• Design and development of engine powerpack system components of defence combat vehicle.
• Defining the mechanical routing for the complete engine and transmission system of a combat vehicle.
• Identified critical CAD feature, and optimised design to achieve cost reduction and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Creation of 3D component drawings and BOM generation with respect to industry standards.
• Defining GD&T of 3D drawings to help manufacturers optimally control in fabrication and machining.

Sep 2021 - Feb 2022

Project - C18, C20, and C22 OUTDOOR UNIT.

• Modifying and modelling of split air conditioner - outdoor unit with assembly and drawing of C18, C20, and C22 ODU in CREO.
• Creation of various assemblies, BOM generation of ODU.
• Designing plastic tubes for split air conditioners.
• Completed project ahead of schedule, with cost reduction in EPS.
