Service Contract Management (SCM):
• Responsible for handling Contract Related transactions. Transactions like addition, alteration, deletion, creation and movement of product which are all services related
• Creating new CID, BID for customers and linking the contract for the BID and CID created
• Creation of soft lining in the system based on manufacturing or purchase order for the purpose of adding to the contract to enable service to customers
• Creation of contract numbers for new customers and adding
• Linking contracts to a particular product as specified by the customer
• Making the changes on the contract through CCW-R tool via uploading templates
• Performing the transactions on configuration as well as on contract via Cisco C3 Install base tool
