· RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING OPERTAION OF SPA , SALON & RECREATION FACILITY.
· ENSURE ALL AREAS OF THE SPA , SALON ,HEALTH CLUB & POOL ARE KEPT CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES.
· ENSURE GUESTS EXPERIENCE IS RELAXING AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH HOTELS STANDARD.
· ENSURE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF GUESTS AND EMPLOYEES ARE PARAMOUNT AT ALL TIMES.
· ENSURE PROPER INVENTORIESOF ALL OPERATING SPA AND HEALTHCLUB EQUIPMENTS ARE CONDUCTED IN LINE WITHAUDIT STD. IN ORDER TO EFFECTIVELY MANAGE OPERATIONAL COSTS.
· ENSURE THAT ALL STOCK AND CASH ITEMS ARE KEPT SAFELY UNDER LOCK AND KEY.
· ABLE TO HANDLE ANY GUESTS COMPLAINTS OR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS.
· RESPONSIBLE FOR SPA AND RECRAETION EMPLOYEES WEEKLY DUTY SCHEDULES AND STAFF DUTY CHARTS.
· MANAGE SPA AND RECREATION INVENTORY EFFECTIVELY, AND FOLLOW HOTELS PURCHASING STD. TO ENSURE AUDIT COMPLIANCE.
· HOLD REGULAR STAFF MEETINGS TO KEEP STAFF UP TO DATE ON ALL ASPECTS OF DEPT. OPERATIONS.
· REPORTING TO SPA AND RECREATION MANAGER.
· PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO SPA DEPARTMENT.
· ENSURE SMOOTH OPERATIONS OF RECEPTION.
· MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS AS REQUIRED.
· ASSIST IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND IMPLEMENTATION OD STAFF TRAINING IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE SPA OPERATIONS, i.e. TELEPHONE ETIQUETES GUEST RELATIONS, RETAIL SALES, SPA SERVICES ETC.
· MEET WITH PRODUCT VENDORS AS REQUIRED.
· HELPING MANAGER TO PREPARE TRAINING PROGRAM AND REPORT AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT TO THE MANAGER.
· MAINTAING AND CLEANING MACHINES, EQUIPMENTS AND PUBLIC AREA.
· EVALUATING STAFF PERFOEMANCE AND PROVIDING FEED BACK TO THE MANAGER AND HR AT REGULAT INTERVALS.
· MANAGING SPA, HEALTH CLUB & POOL WITH TOTAL STAFFING OF 37 ASSOCIATES.
· MANAGING INVENTORY OF PRODUCTS.
· ORDERING OF PRODUCTS AND AMENITIES FOR THE SMOOTH FUNCTIONING OF DEPT.
· UPDATING AND PREPARING ROSTER.
· TO CHECK THE HYGIENE AND LEVEL OF STANDARDS ARE UPTO THE MARK IN ALL AREAS.
· MANAGING THE STAFF OF 25 ASSOCIATES
· CHECKING THE ENTIRE AREA AND PREPARING SNAG LIST OF THE RESPECTED AREA AND FOLLOWING UP THE ENGGENERING TEAM TO GET IT RECTIFIED.
· TAKING THE INTERVIEWS OF THE CANDIDATES.
· TO CHECK THE HYGIENE LEVELS ARE UPTO THE STANDARDS & MEET THE GUEST SATISFACTIONS.
· FIRST AID AND CPR CERTIFIED.
· IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF PERFORMING RECREATION PROGRAM DUTIES TO INCLUDE PROGRAM SETUP.
· TO MAINTAIN ALL THE STOCK AND AMENITIES.
