· Ensure production planning process of 4 factories and 3 co-manufacturing for short-term, mid-term and long term while optimizing service rate, cost and improving quality of stocks

· Accountable for Chocolate &CB business end to end supply planning for ~$30MM across India.

· Manage mid to long-term RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity planning) from BU, including IBP and SP planning horizon, facilitation of capacity changes, supply constraint review in IBP cycle, optimization of long-term production plan etc

· Work closely with the CPA, Brand and PCM team to plan availability of Promotions and launches, and for campaigns & events

· Monitor Forecast Accuracy (Forecast vs. Actual) and escalate to Sales Team, Heads, and management regularly with the products having a high risk of shortage or excess stock.

· Conduct regular inventory monitoring, analyze inventory turnover rates, and implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize carrying costs

Checked and controlled inventory levels to identify risks and opportunities.

· Preparing forth nightly stock ageing report to review the inventory freshness and risk analysis

· KPI's review and making plans for smooth execution of same (CFR, RAD, RARD, DIOH, CTS, NPI, OTIF, Waste etc.)

· Stock accounting and reconciliation, w/off management, end to end dispatch tracking, material master management, production plan Materials Management

· Updating in APO, transport co-ordination, SAP / APO process execution activity

· Share weekly and monthly inventory phasing of critical SKUs with branch, CPA, sales, and brand team

· Review and manage age of stocks and drive productivity in damage and expiry

· Provide field inputs to Central Demand planning to enhance Forecast accuracy including RCA

• Optimized inventory control, reducing waste and improving cost efficiency

• Generating Bottoms-Up forecast and SKU splits at an item /week/location level to load the monthly demand in APO for rolling 24 months along with customer promotions
• Coordination with the CSF IB/OB planner for selection list maintenance, outbound and inbound planning
• Minimize the repositioning cost, off mode shipment, aged loss
• Review AMR report and move product accordingly to ensure reduce FG w/off

• Reviewed shipping documents for accuracy before submission to customs authorities, preventing costly errors or delays in clearance procedures.
• Ensured accuracy of export documentation,resulting in increased customer satisfaction and fewer delays at customs. • Well versed with export commercial and Logistic activity (e.g., Incoterm, LC, Export invoice, PL, BL, SB, EP Copy ARE 1, BRC. Complete Banking activities like clearing old O/S, knock off the old FIRC, obtaining Bank Realization Certificates
• Vendor management, managing payment of transportation vendors monthly basis. Scrutinize the bill to reduce payment error
• Coordinated closely with other departments such as finance or logistics to ensure successful completion of all aspects of the export process from order placement through final delivery.
