 Automation System Infrastructure Management and Automation Industrial Hardware & Software
 Scheduled preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance including operations support
 Programmable Automation System (PAS) Infrastructure management
 Provide input to process control network topology and architecture design, specification, configuration, testing, start-up, and system support
 Manage the site automation disaster recovery plan
 Review, test, and deploy migrations to the Operating Systems

• Leadership abilities to instruct a group of employees in a specific task
  • Deep understanding of PLC Programming and all aspects of inputs and outputs of the system
  • Expertise in Profibus, Profinet, CC Link & Meli sec communication
  • Good knowledge in LD, FBD, STL programming
  • Excellent understanding of HMI/SCADA programming and its interaction with PLC
  • Skilled in selection of PLC & wiring, Panel assembly, all types of digital and analog sensors like Reed switch, Vacuum switch, Flow and Pressure transmitters and Pneumatic cylinders
  • AC & DC drives selection and commissioning to maintain blower speed
  • Practical experience in AHU systems as compressor, exhaust, filters, heater, chillers & starter
  • Preparing Standard Operating Procedure & documents
  • Capable of learning new techniques and technology as they are discovered.
  • Conduct engineering study & risk-based analysis, and make recommendations to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and application of the sites Process Safety culture, working.
  • Develop and lead improvement of the Alarm Management Systems, PLC & DCS.
  • Hardware safety trip systems and their integration into existing systems.

• Provide implementation & troubleshooting assistance in Field instruments, PLC's, PLC
  Programming, SCADA Designing, Drives Commissioning, etc. both software and hardware.
  • Provides technical support for the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of the plant's instrumentation systems and equipment, including low voltage electrical systems and protective instrument systems. System improvement & up gradation of Machines to improve productivity & Quality.
  • Investigates instrumentation equipment failures, determine root causes of failures, and recommends actions to enhance the system and equipment reliability.
  • Controller selection based on process & requirement.
  • Prepare I/O list and BOM and Complete FAT and SAT.
  • Analyze calibration standards and processes using statistics.
  • Evaluate new calibration methods and procedures.
  • Research calibration requirements in order to recommend calibration standards.
  • Provide engineering support for instrumentation and control systems on larger capital projects.
