Alembic | Cloud Data Migration :

• Alembic predominantly relies on on-premises data sources, with only few coming from third-party sources. Currently, data is managed primarily through Excel files, resulting in disparate data sources and requiring manual inputs, frequent data cleaning, pivot creation, and joins for data retrieval. Consequently, reports are generated in Excel format, leading to scalability and performance limitations.
• Led data migration of this project, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to business activities.
• Mentored junior analysts in best practices for data handling and analysis, elevating their expertise and productivity levels.

Aflac | Cloud-Ops :

• This project entails overseeing and improving cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and security. Tasks involve managing, monitoring, and gradually modernizing Aflac cloud data lake, as well as enhancing Continuous Deployment Pipelines with upgrades to Cloud Formation Templates.
• Ensured compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding data storage, usage, and security protocols.
• Trained junior developers on advanced techniques in data manipulation, extraction, and analysis to improve overall team proficiency.

Aflac | Intelligent Data lake :

• Client's requirement was to have data lake which provide centralized storage repository for raw, structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from various sources. This allows organizations to consolidate all types of data in one place, enabling easier access and analysis
• Identified areas for improvement within existing ETL frameworks to maximize efficiency without sacrificing accuracy or integrity of results produced during transformations applied on ingested datasets.
• Developed, implemented and maintained data analytics protocols, standards, and documentation.

Aflac | Teradata to Snowflake Cloud Migration :

• Teradata infrastructure poses challenges in terms of scalability, performance, and maintenance costs, prompting need for migration to Snowflake, more agile and cost-effective data platform. However, migration process involves complexities such as data compatibility, transformation requirements, and minimizing downtime while ensuring data integrity and security.
• Complete migration of data assets from Teradata and configure downstream data availability through Cloud Warehouse and on-prem systems
• Acted as subject matter expert within organization on matters pertaining to data integrity, storage solutions, and privacy regulations.

TCS-British Petroleum | BDM Enhancement & Support :

• This project primarily focuses on administrative tasks related to Informatica Big Data Management (BDM) tool. We offer support for all use cases utilizing Informatica BDM for development. Our responsibilities include end-to-end migration of code, ensuring adherence to coding standards, addressing ServiceNow tickets related to project, and conducting proof-of-concept (POC) work for Informatica enhancement activities.
• Developed parameterized mapping solutions that accommodated changing business requirements with minimal modifications needed in future updates.
• Supported production issues resolution by troubleshooting errors and providing timely remediation efforts.

TCS-British Petroleum | RESET :

• Developed RESET Interfaces using Informatica to integrate JDA ESO with downstream BP legacy applications like PriceNET and WinDMS in PL & AU regions. Source data received from JDA ESO arrives as XML files, fetched by Informatica via Sterling Connect Direct. Informatica transforms these files into XML format for sharing with PriceNet. Proposed Price exports from PriceNet are also transformed by Informatica into XML format, then shared with ESO through Sterling Connect Direct.
• Optimized database management through creation of robust ETL mappings, sessions, and workflows.
• Designed reusable transformations and mapplets to simplify complex business logic implementation in future projects.

Genworth | CIFUS :

• This project is targeted to provide long term care insurance options to people need to help create personalized plan to secure healthy financial future. It will acquire data from users in MS Access or flat file with necessary calculations to be done. Once we acquire data need to pull data into Green-plum database and with help of Informatica mappings apply necessary calculations or transformations required and load data into Oracle Tables.
• Reengineered existing ETL workflows to improve performance by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing code accordingly.
• Developed, implemented and maintained data analytics protocols, standards, and documentation.

Genworth | Long Term Care(LTC) Experience :

• This project is targeted to provide long term care insurance options to people need to help create personalized plan to secure healthy financial future. It will acquire data from users in MS Access or flat file with necessary calculations to be done in Informatica and load data into oracle tables post all calculations.
• Impact analysis on design and business rules. Data flow diagram, High and low level design documents creation. Designed ETL specification based on functional requirements and BA specifications.
• Involved in deployment of code from Development to system test environments and from System test to Production.

GE Healthcare | Life Science Harmony :

• This project is targeted to provide data acquisition solutions for Life Sciences. It will acquire data for Orders, Inventor and Account Receivables from BIOPROD and would make that to be available to ODS/EDW for reporting purposes.
• Design, Build of Informatica Workflows and Mappings, Cronacle Process flows. Discussion and coordination with different clients/business analysts for understanding requirements.
• Support and Monitor critical job chains in Cronacle tool in Production.

GE Healthcare | My Orders :

• Objective of this project is to generate 28 canned reports based on ISPOT file. This projects integration activities involved data consolidation of orders, sales and backlog for all E-OM orders present in current BI Warehouse (ODS layer), into Data Warehouse till EDW layer.
• Building and developing Informatica Workflows and Mappings. Development and modification of BTEQ Scripts using UNIX and Teradata.
• Unit testing of developed/modified BTEQ scripts plan and worked on Quality Center tool for uploading test cases.
