  • Preparation of Quality Documents to be used on shop floor-SOS, process sheets, WSS, SOP, FMEA, OJT, ILU, JH, BBS, HIRA, poison test, action plans, CLITA, 5S Reference standards.
  • Presenting the monthly Top Quality Issues and the analysis done with corrective & preventive actions taken.
  • Worked in new THAR projects implementation in TCF as well as in the THAR body weld shop by taking care of- Line balancing, capacity enhancements, layout modifications, material management.
  • Preparing the 21 commitments to achieve the stiff ramp-up of the THAR products in 3 door & 5 door segments.
  • Resoling the chronic concerns with the help of MYB projects/ 7 QC tools through the CFT approach.
  • Involved in the DAP-design approval process during the concept of equipments/ fixtures & equipment/ fixtures buy off for the smooth implementation & prove-out at shop floor.
  • Preparation of the consumable items budget as per the projection of the annual plan.
