  • Responsible for Leading operations of West Region, with a team size of around 200, handling all programmes in Livelihood, with an yearly outreach of 20000, spread across 16 centres, 300+ colleges and communities.
  • Championed organizational culture change initiatives that fostered collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
  • Reduce attrition from high double digit to single digit month on month.
  • Stablised a very volatile team, and ensure enrolment targets are achieved within stipulated timeframe.
