Based out of Kochi, Kerala I led a team of 3 employees to design a skill enablement program for the tele caller resources in partner organizations. I was responsible for implementing a structured training program for the tele callers at the certified partner organizations*. I conducted deep market study to identify performance gaps and understand industry best practices. After rigorous market study and thorough research, I created a comprehensive training program focusing on the skill development such as Objection Handling, Probing & Negotiation, Lead generation and tele calling etiquette to ensure high customer satisfaction. My sales enablement program was launched pan India, and I was recognized for creating a one-of-a-kind holistic training program.
Following the successful completion of my first project I took upon another challenging project of implementing a proper call management practice at the certified partner organizations*. For this I first had to observe and identify gaps in the current call management practices and create a standardized structure to manage the calls made to the customers. After a thorough understanding of the current practices and the call management software in the market, I negotiated with a company and implemented the pilot testing in Kerala region and following the successful completion of it, the same was implemented across South India zone (Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana).

Along with the above-mentioned projects, I was assigned four 5 Star certified partners in Kochi city. I was accountable for the complete business development of these partners, and I managed to achieve an average growth of 32%. During my tenure I was able to increase the sale of our flagship product Tally Prime Server among the partners assigned to me by 20%. I also onboarded some of the leading Chartered Accountants and GST practitioners in Kochi city as business influencers
Based out of Hubli, Karnataka I handled end-to-end business development of 13 districts in North Karnataka for 9 months with a wide variety of FMCD products (Door locks, architectural fittings & systems). During this tenure I was responsible for developing these rural and semi urban markets managing 13 Distributors and a total of 300+ Retailers with a team of 6 people who reported to me. As part of my job, I was successful in increasing the brand visibility and product placement by 28%. After studying these markets for 2 months, I successfully implemented various sales strategies and curated localized schemes in regional languages to improve the sales in these territories, delivering 30% growth in the retail sales segment from the last year. I was successful in establishing myself in these challenging markets because of my multi-linguistic capabilities and increased the market penetration by 12%.
After my successful project of Rural Market Development, I moved on to another challenging project of developing Institutional Sales in Bangalore City, particularly with Real Estate Builders (Residential & Commercial). During my tenure of 12 months, I brought in sales worth 1.5 Crores every quarter, I successfully managed to close orders with top builders in Bangalore City as this was my home market. I managed to enroll a total of 18 local builders, contractors, and glass & aluminum fabricators to seal tenured and project specific contracts worth a total value of 6 Crores a staggering 34% growth in institutional sales segment (real estate) from the last year. One of my most successful sale was with the Prisons Department of Govt. of Karnataka where I closed a sale of 2000 Locks in a single order.
After completing 21 months in the organization, I was given a high value territory of South Bangalore, Davanagere & Tumkur where I managed a total of 6 Distributors and around 500 Retailers under me with a team of 9 people who reported to me. Developing these saturated markets was a challenge and I designed various sales schemes & strategies (festive, market specific and cyclical) to tackle undercutting in the market and maintain company prescribed MOP. Working with second and third generation distributors, I learnt a great deal about sales and business development.
