Income Processing & Pre-Processing (Corporate Actions)

• After a corporate actions event, the income processing team are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of income payments related to the event and entitlements are calculated, processing payments to the correct parties and to the clients.
• Now before making any payments to the clients there are some PD-1 checks which ensures a smooth payments by us as the Pre-Processing Team.
• Performed critical PD-1 pre-processing checks to ensure accurate and timely payment of income entitlements to clients following corporate actions events.
• Verified and set up client accounts, event configurations, and entitlements on the PD-1 system prior to payment processing.
• Reviewed and validated key event details including key dates, tax treatments, rates, and other event parameters to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensured seamless payment processing by confirming that all client setups and event data were accurately maintained in PD-1, minimizing payment delays and errors.
• Collaborated with the Income Processing team to guarantee that entitlements were correctly calculated and disbursed to the right parties without interruption.

• The daily tasks of a bank transaction officer include providing advice and addressing inquiries, processing withdrawals and transfers.
• We are responsible for opening Individual retirement, 401K, Joint tenant, Brokerage, Custodial, Inherited, Estate accounts of US clients after reviewing their documents thoroughly.
• Money link (set-up on-request and recurring).
• Creating journal transfer request.
• Opening accounts to maintaining, ensuring the security of the bank's funds, and maintaining a professional image when fulfilling customer requests.
• Analysis of client's operational and legal documentation with regards to investment transactions as a part of KYC due diligence.

• Communicating the Event announcement, Instructions processing, Entitlement Calculation, and Reporting. Working in Corporate Action Process, working on both Mandatory and Voluntary corporate actions.
• Core Activity into Corporate Action event like Mandatory and voluntary/ response processing, Data capturing and validation.
• Processing all Mandatory corporate action Events on Ex-1day, (ex-Stock Dividend, Split, Bonus Issue, ROCA, Merger & Acquisition, Right Issue etc.)
• Research, evaluate, and process corporate action information from various external sources on a daily basis.
• Abstract corporate action notification through various applications and mother sources (Bloomberg, IDC, Reuters, Workbench Custody source, stock exchange, company web page, DTCC).
• Posting the cash and stock rates into Investone, Geneva and IAXEAGLE platform.
• Set up of new security on various platforms to process the corporate actions.

• Advise student and parents for their learning needs through structured counseling session.
• Sometimes we need to arrange a demo session for the student during follow up sessions.
• Understand customer profile problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods.
• Create the need for smart learning and advise student and parents to buy Vedantu subscriptions a solution.
• Handle objection and price negotiation to generate sales revenue.
• Learn upgrade one's won product knowledge and sales skills to achieves and exceeds growing sales target(s).
