Responsibilities:
- Provided incident, service, change, and problem management solutions via ServiceNow within agreed-upon target times and SLA with the client. Worked on JIRA tickets for improvement and performance of application.
- Familiarity with multiple logging formats to check batch status/jobs and the log files including but not limited to Windows event logs, along with monitoring, auditing and analysis tools like Splunk, putty, Cyber Ark, Hadoop, Open Shift to find the root cause of the issue and fixed it.
