  • After 4 years of employment with IKS, UHG and HGS joined Tech Mahindra as Senior associate executive and moved to the IT department in SAP domain. Learned Material management under SAP along with usage of tools like JIRA, RDP, VPN, Service now etc.. Also was acting as an acting team lead along with QA audits managing operations along with a fantastic team with Associates/Sr Associates and also direct interactions with the client.

Operations Management
