ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performed System Refresh (backup restore) for Linux OS in HANA Database.
• Executed Support Package Patching and Add-on Installation for various SAP components, like ST-PI and ST-A/PI.
• Actively participated in Monthly OS Patching and maintenance activities.
• Performed various activities, like Kernel upgrade, SNOTE implementation, Remote client copy, System monitoring, Applied licenses and certificates, Raise OSS and open connections, Job scheduling, TR imports and so on.
• Performed Security tasks, like Password reset/unlock users, user creation and deletion, assigning roles etc.
• Coordinated with client managers for gathering requirements and providing status report on various ongoing and upcoming activities on a regular basis.
• Configure and generate EWA report in Solution Manager system. Analyzing EWA report and dump analysis.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Part of the team of OS/DB Migration.

• Supported the team for pre-migration system checks and post-migration activities.

• New license created from SAP Support Portal and imported in the system.

• Resolved the issues faced in migration.
