PROJECT: Walgreens Boots Alliance (US)

Tasks :

• Proficient in setting up master data, creating various type of articles(Retail, Pharmacy, Expenses & Services), WIC and PLN generation process and handling PIR data and cost related interfaces effectively.
• Monitoring all Interfaces related idocs (Article Master, Consignment, Additional Articles, Source List, Display article, WPUUMS) from Legacy to S/4, Stibo to S/4 & MDG to S/4.
• Creating new site request from business, validating all the sites(Account location ID and location numbers) already existed or not and requesting SAG team to update the site deployment table in production.
• Once the Site Deployment table is updated in production, requesting LDB/ Talend team to push the Site XML file to the lower system via SAG and PO system and once the file is received, processing the XML file in lower systems and doing the necessary configurations via transport request.
• After all the cab approvals, moving the changes to the production and finally site got created in the production.
• Developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Knowledge Base Articles (KBA) and training materials for internal teams. IT users and business users.
• Resolved numerous Critical incidents and defects, ensuring the prevention of recurring issues.
• Knowledge in PIR data and PIR cost, Purchase Requisition(PR), Purchase Order(PO), Inbound Delivery(IBD), Outbound delivery(OBD), Goods Receipt(GR) and Invoice Creation Processes.
• Familiar with LSMW, S/4 Hana Fiori Launchpad Handheld Services, POS output screens and MDG NWBC.
• Skilled in BMC Remedy tool and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
• Applied Problem Investigation (PBI) techniques to identify root causes and Implement solutions within relevant systems using PKE reducing the need for manual interventions.

• Managed cost, quality, and achieve operations SLAs (Closure, productivity and other compliance that proportional to performance)
• Lead the continous improvement of supply chain inventory, warehouse operations, and logistics while cultivating relationships with client and customers
• Managed relationships with cross functional business teams and key vendors pertaining to operations.
• Demonstrated the measurable impact of data analysis based optimizations/ experiments on revenue delivery, improving on-time delivery performance.
