· Target Setting: Set and monitor sales targets for MS, HSD, Lubricants, and NFR for the entire territory, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
· Retail Outlet Support & Promotions: Provide comprehensive support to Retail Outlets, ensuring adequate stock levels and implementing promotional activities. Monitor product indenting to prevent stockouts and liaise with supply points for timely deliveries.
· Government Liaison & Statutory Approvals: Engage with government agencies to obtain necessary statutory approvals and licenses. Liaise with District Magistrate’s office, Metrology, and PESO departments for smooth processing of NOCs and licenses.
· Retail Outlet Inspection & Compliance: Regularly inspect retail outlets to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. Conduct routine monthly inspections to maintain high maintenance and operational standards.
· Quality & Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of Quality & Quantity (Q&Q) across all retail outlets. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, conducting surprise checks and sampling to ensure satisfaction.
· Franchisee Management: Hold regular meetings with franchisees to address issues and advise on staff appointments and safety standards. Resolve channel conflicts and foster strong, collaborative relationships with franchisees.
· Vendor & Competitor Liaison: Maintain positive relationships with vendors and their activities. Ensure timely installation and minimal downtime by following up with equipment vendors.
· Training & Development: Identify training needs for franchisees and forecourt staff and conduct on-site training sessions. Recommend franchisees and staff for further company-provided training to enhance skills and performance
