Feedback KIOSK SYSTEM, Created KIOSK system to take a feedback from the Air traveler. The project was intended to take feedback of Check-In process and Travel experience etc. Data was stored in SQL server database; Front end web application was designed in vb.Net and ASP.net. Stored data is used to analysis and improve the overall experience of customer. Built the reports to help the analyses the data.
