• Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors. Partner with high-level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability.
• Work closely with the Management, CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return.
• Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers. Assure cost-effectiveness and financial integrity, with emphasis on revenue enhancement, productivity, utilization management and overall profitability.
• In charge for the plant’s Operations of Production, Commercial, Maintenance, Drug dept, Pollution Dept, Labour Dept, Plant HR/Admin, and Accounts. Critical MIS to Chairmen / Director. Ensure cost effective use of resources. Organization Development through systems. Initiate strategic moves towards process development, service, and capacity planning for company’s future growth.
• Annual budget planning, annual projection planning, coordinating the material availability, machine time and manpower resource for achieving efficient and profitable plant operations and controls as per plan
• Responsible for optimum utilization of resources with respect to manpower, equipment’s, and materials Responsible for section preparation for various regulatory audits.
• Responsible for all multi-location manufacturing activities. Ensuring all production schedules & targets are always complied with. Control overall quality aspects of all products & processes in each of the plants & introduction of best-in- class Systems.
• To ensure that all employees are trained to adhere to product and process standards for product operations, usage of approved raw materials, providing best operating practices for production and distribution.
• Implement improved processes and management methods to ensure quality of products.

• Monitoring of compliance to internal/ external audit as requirement of current Good Manufacturing Practice, EHS, local and international regulatory norms.
• Risk assessment, process validation protocol, Incident and investigation report, action, compliance, and closure. CAPA plans and closure, Protocols & reports. To assure all time readiness of department for regulatory agency inspections/ internal audits and appropriate implementation of corrective actions regarding observations made by the agencies and internal audit team.
• Carrying out investigation of deviations, calculating variance and taking corrective and preventive measures, to carry out self-audits to maintain cGMP norms.
• Managerial decision-making risk assessments, identifications, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, risk monitoring, health, and safety control.

• Apply a project change management approach and methodology for the people side change caused by the program and change efforts. Execute and fine tune the project change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
• Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns. Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner. Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
• Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes. Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions- Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success.

• Understand the health and safety responsibilities of employers, managers, supervisors, and employees within the organization. Implement personnel management policies to ensure that everyone in the workplace is aware of his/her responsibilities.
• Establish effective ways of meeting health and safety responsibilities; and ensure that employees fulfill their health and safety responsibilities as outlined in the organizational policies and programs.
