- Conducted an analysis on blood grouping using slide agglutination method
Collected capillary blood sample under sterile conditions using lancet. Then used Anti - A, Anti-B, Anti-D cera to observe agglutination reactions to identify blood group of the sample taken
Successfully determined ABO and Rh Blood group of the sample and gained hands-on experience
- Performed auscultation to assess normal heart sounds
Used a stethoscope to examine heart sounds on various chest areas such as Aortic, Pulmonary, Erb's point, Tricuspid and Bicuspid while maintaining basic clinical hygiene protocols
Gained basic skills in auscultation and improved ability to identify normal heart sounds
