As a Cabin Crew Supervisor, I lead and support the cabin crew to ensure a safe, smooth, and high-quality passenger experience. My role involves conducting pre-flight briefings, assigning duties, and ensuring all safety and service procedures are followed. I also coordinate with the flight deck, handle any in-flight issues or emergencies, and ensure passengers receive excellent service. Additionally, I oversee post-flight reports and provide feedback to maintain operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
