  • Handling various internal and external reporting activities which help the senior management make further business decision based on the reinsurer performance. Some of the prominent ones are IBNR and its reallocations, International & domestic scorecard giving details on performance of various reinsurers, early warning reports giving status of penalties and collateral for reinsurers doing business in different states/provinces marked as affiliates, unaffiliated, authorized and unauthorized, preparing journal entries and other adjustment entries while finalizing the accounts for quarter close, performing reconciliations comparing sub ledgers vs general ledgers Various adhoc requests after quarter close related to audit where we do some reconciliations and provide other required details which help both internal and external auditors with their process.
