The Icertis Contract Intelligence platform is designed to make it easier for procurement professionals to negotiate better deals and ensure supplier compliance. Named the “undisputed leader” in contract lifecycle management by Spend Matters, Icertis Contract Management
The platform helped professionals to plan more proactively, with timely notifications and alerts on expiring contracts, potential incentives, and rebates, as well as seamless integration with popular ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Process Unity, Coupa. Smartlinks show all the related contracts for each agreement, including any Master Services Agreements, related scopes of work, change orders, or other associated documentation.

Shared below responsibility along with the Strategy Management Team

• Project Initiation, detailed planning and on-boarding of ICI platform
• Adherence to programme governance framework. RAIDs management.
• Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live execution
• Sprint planning, co-ordination and execution of on-going changes
• Status tracking and reporting. Coordinate with business and IT
• Functional solutioning, business analysis and testing.

Project Management – SEAL - AI-Powered Contract Management Software

Seal Software is the global leader in enterprise contract analytics. With Seal’s machine learning and natural language processing technologies, Barclays can use artificial intelligence to find and organize contracts across their networks and repositories and to quickly understand the risks and opportunities hidden in their contracts.

Worked on SEAL implementation and development, which acts as an integrated solution for Procurement and Legal contracts.

• REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT - Discover, analyze, negotiate, represent, and validate requirements in consultation with project stakeholders. Developed artifacts such as Business Requirement Descriptors (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Use Cases, High Level Design and Traceability Matrix.
• CHANGE MANAGEMENT - Plan, evaluate, prioritize and communicate change requests received from clients. Also, includes custom programming. Undertook impact analyses for effective change management.
• ACCEPTANCE MANAGEMENT- Working with clients on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post conversion user issues. Ensuring all positive test cases run successfully. Managing user expectations.
• TRAINING: Imparting domain and product specific knowledge to the team.

Process Re-engineering– Vendor On-boarding

Responsible for delivering by a portfolio of 3rd party vendors meets the required cost, risk and service parameters. Provide a range of high-quality analysis & support including rigorous interpretation of vendor service management information and supporting the delivery of service changes & continuous improvements. Plays an integral part in managing the financial performance of the service including budget management and associated processes and contribute towards the development of best-in-class service management capability

Service Management:

• Accountable for vendor performance, quality of service delivered and the resolution of operational and service incidents.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal clients (and external where applicable) regarding service/supply matters, supporting/managing the resolutions of issues/incidents.
• Instigate the development & delivery of service improvement plans. Undertake root cause analysis of incidents, implementing remedial action
• Build an understanding of the specific cost, risk & service parameters that underpin the service and use knowledge of the service/supply to identify/deliver improvements.
• Undertake detailed analysis of service/supplier management information, ensuring this meets the requirements of clients and draw conclusions / make recommendations that deliver value for both organizations.

Financial Management:

• Undertake budgetary/financial control and reconciliation activities as required to manage the vendor budgets

Risk Management:

• Identification and remediation of risks in relation to the service and associated products.
• Coordinate required approvals. Go-live support

Part of Strategic Project Management team, and associated with 7 real estate projects. Involved in engaging and coordinating activities spread out to teams including Finance, accounting, payroll, human resource and business users to meet the laid out scope of the project within the approved budget and schedules.

Cost Management

Responsible for managing project budget, financial analysis and pre-sales support for projects

• Monitoring and updating cost estimates for projects to ensure that costs are within expected ranges
• Reviewing expense reports to ensure that expenses are reasonable and appropriate for the circumstances
• Coordinating with other departments such as human resources, payroll, accounting, and finance to ensure that all costs are accurately tracked
• Conducting cost analyses to identify areas where costs can be reduced or eliminated altogether
• Monitoring budgets to ensure that spending does not exceed approved levels
• Collecting cost data from suppliers or subcontractors to track material costs
• Preparing reports to management regarding costs and expenses
• Preparing bid estimates for new projects or bids on existing projects
• Managing supplier relationships to ensure that the company is receiving quality products at competitive prices

Risk Management

Responsible for managing RAID logs for upcoming project to be underwritten by organization

• Create project plan. Identify and integrate with project team. Conduct project kick off meeting. Define roles and responsibilities
• Create RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) logs, Risk Score Matrix and impact based delivery roadmap. Drive risk mitigation and resolution exercises
• Lead requirement analysis and specification, gap analysis and documentation of as-is & to-be process maps
• Establish and maintain communication
• Project leadership, regular status monitoring
• Facilitate, coordinate and support internal project audits and key project level compliances
• Conduct post implementation review, document lessons learnt and continuous improvement model
• Project sign off and closedown

Serve as an advisor and worked with professional project managers who are proficient in project management processes, tools, and techniques. Learned the skills to provide support to run the projects smoothly from initiation to close. Act as the point of contact for customer(s), while working hand-in-hand with project stakeholders and our team of consultants for research-focused projects for our client(s).
