The Icertis Contract Intelligence platform is designed to make it easier for procurement professionals to negotiate better deals and ensure supplier compliance. Named the “undisputed leader” in contract lifecycle management by Spend Matters, Icertis Contract Management
The platform helped professionals to plan more proactively, with timely notifications and alerts on expiring contracts, potential incentives, and rebates, as well as seamless integration with popular ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Process Unity, Coupa. Smartlinks show all the related contracts for each agreement, including any Master Services Agreements, related scopes of work, change orders, or other associated documentation.

Project Management – SEAL - AI-Powered Contract Management Software

Seal Software is the global leader in enterprise contract analytics. With Seal’s machine learning and natural language processing technologies, Barclays can use artificial intelligence to find and organize contracts across their networks and repositories and to quickly understand the risks and opportunities hidden in their contracts.


Worked on SEAL implementation and development, which acts as an integrated solution for Procurement and Legal contracts.

  • REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT - Discover, analyze, negotiate, represent, and validate requirements in consultation with project stakeholders. Developed artifacts such as Business Requirement Descriptors (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Use Cases, High Level Design and Traceability Matrix.
  • CHANGE MANAGEMENT - Plan, evaluate, prioritize and communicate change requests received from clients. Also, includes custom programming. Undertook impact analyses for effective change management.
  • ACCEPTANCE MANAGEMENT- Working with clients on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post conversion user issues. Ensuring all positive test cases run successfully. Managing user expectations.

Process Re-engineering– Vendor On-boarding

Responsible for delivering by a portfolio of 3rd party vendors meets the required cost, risk and service parameters. Provide a range of high-quality analysis & support including rigorous interpretation of vendor service management information and supporting the delivery of service changes & continuous improvements. Service Management:
