Interacting with Business Analysts/Tech leads, developers to understand system requirement document & technical requirements.
Gathering requirements and prepare performance test plan, work load analysis during the project requirements stage.
Present and review of performance test strategy with Business and Project Leads to ensure that it covers all conditions provided in project specifications.
Develop web scripts using VuGen and HAR file for Salesforce Applications and supported applications used within project.
Develop TruClient scripts for Salesforce Application.
Develop API script for standalone performance testing using Jmeter and Vugen.
Validating API resposne using SOAP UI.
Enhanced the scripts by correlating, parameterize, adding checkpoints and other file related operations.
Implemented Virtual Table Server (VTS) which added to cost and time saving.
Created the scenarios in Performance Center and BlazeMeter and executed with different load patterns.
Design and conduct various performance tests like load, stress, endurance and scalability testing using Performance Center to ensure that integrated modules are working correctly.
Monitor different graphs like transaction response time and server health metrics like Processor (CPU), Memory, Heap memory statistics, Average Load, calls per minute during the load test using Splunk.
Review and analyze performance bottlenecks and provide root cause analysis summary.
Prepare Final Performance Test Summary Report highlighting major observations made with tuning and recommendations wherever applicable.
Presenting the Performance Test Analysis summary in Leads meetings.
Raising performance defects in Rally and identify the risks and provide mitigation plan to reduce the risks.
Design Splunk dashboard for monitoring APIC and backend service stats and response.
Played role of mentor for new joiners in company and provided them architectural knowledge of various performance and monitoring tools, also about the project framework.
