• Assisted the client independently in IND AS, IFRS, and US GAAP conversion of consolidated financial statements for various companies in the Auto-ancillary manufacturing industry, Saas company and Fitness Industry and established the required group accounting policies thereon.
• Prepared a detailed diagnostic study report for IND AS and US GAAP implementation.
• Worked on a special assignment of IFRS 15 for few companies in Renewable energy industry.

Valuation

• Utilized sophisticated valuation methodologies, including the discounted cash-flow method and the comparable companies method, to deliver insightful valuations.
• Assisted in franchise evaluation under FOFO model and facilitated the drafting of franchise agreements.

Corporate Restructuring

• Designed and implemented corporate restructuring strategies to optimize operational efficiency for UAE-based entities.
• Played a key role in restructuring a $20M multinational corporation to enhance operational efficiency.

Statutory Audit

• Performed Statutory audits under the Companies Act 2013 and UAE Federal Decree Law No. (32) of 2021 on Commercial Companies, including reviewing Financial Statements, thorough vouching and verification, performing substantive analytical procedures, and detailed understanding of entity and risk assessment.
• Have provided audit support to Big 4's for various clients including UAE entities.
