  • Worked in the CIO in the Ipro use case from 2023 to 2024, in which we created problem tickets using OpenAI for the ServiceNow team based on the multiple incidents generated using their short description and description.
  • I worked in the CIO on the Agentic AI use case from 2024 to 2025, during which we used Microsoft's Autogen library to create different agents for specific requirements. Created a GenAI bot for summary generation from an Excel file. While working on this use case, I also worked on Amethyst as well.
  • Simultaneously, for the Agentic AI use case, I worked with the UI team using Angular to create the UI for the use case.
